Sri Ramanuja is called the dearest associate of Sri Kanchipurna. He was
actually a trusted preceptor of Sri Ramanuja.
Sri Kanchipurna was capable of talking with Lord Devaraja. It was he who decisively guided Sri Ramanuja in respect of fixing the goal of his life-mission.
Sri Ramanuja once
pleaded with Sri Kanchipurna to let him know the ruling of Lord Vardaraja
in this matter. The six sentences of Lord Varadaraja conveyed through Sri Kanchipurna to Sri Ramanuja are very famous in our sampradayam.
