Natural ways of having a glowing & healthy skin

1) Eat well. The most important thing. The glow comes from inside.
2)Exfoliate. About twice a week atleast. After exfoliation, apply a face pack/ toner/ moisturiser.
3)Moisturise. Every single time. Don’t keep your skin dry at  any point.
4)Use a sunscreen. Everytime you step out in the sun, especially. It is recommended to apply sunscreen at all times but I personally don’t prefer that because I like my skin to breathe.
5)Ladies, get rid of your peach fuss and you’ll see the difference. It seems to be dangerous but trust me it works wonders for your skin. Also, make up application will be a lot more smoother and long lasting.
6)Use a toner. I prefer rose water. It evens out the skin tone and makes you feel fresh.
7)Drink lots of water.
8)Remove make up before you sleep and cleanse your face. I use coconut oil and rose water to clean my face. It moisturises my skin well.
9)Exfoliate your lips. Chapped lips is a big turnoff. Apply lip balmsregularly. I use the one by body shop. It is the best I’ve come across.
