>> Watch a comedy
>> Do a crossword puzzle
>> Talk to a stranger
>> Give someone a honest compliment
>> Put down the phone and observe around.
>> Eat lots of fruits, vegetables
>> Smile even when you are not feeling it. Smile is contagious
>> Do good deeds privately. Kindness is free
>> Enjoy your alone time
>> Happiness is found within. Positive thoughts creates positive things.
